Terrus requires every adult applicant to pass a credit, eviction and criminal background check before any lease is signed or security deposit is paid.
Terrus requires a $40.00 nonrefundable application fee for each adult applicant who will be a party to the lease.
The application fee can be paid online using PayPal or at our office by cash or check.
