Terrus Real Estate has the following position open.

Terrus Real Estate Group, LLC has an opportunity for a Property Manager. 

Responsibilities include:  Supervise building operations and maintenance, design and implement a tenant relations program, monitor accounting and financial control of property, and manage tenant improvements.

Qualifications:  No less than two years of property or facilities management experience, which includes the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and pay strict attention to detail, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, outstanding written/oral communication skills and effective time management skills are essential for success in this position.
