About Terrus Real Estate Group
Founded in 2000, Terrus Real Estate Group offers a full range of commercial real estate services for clients throughout the United States. We are experienced in all aspects of the real estate life cycle including financial and investment analysis, strategic real estate planning, brokerage and project management.
Prior to 2000, a majority of Terrus' staff worked in the investment and corporate real estate division at the Principal Financial Group. We are proud of our experience and background, and believe that working together as a team of over 125 for many years has strengthened our relationships as well as our industry knowledge and unique ownership perspective.
When we first begin to work with a client, our priority is to determine and completely understand our client's goals. With those goals in mind, we are able to approach each assignment with an individualized plan that provides the best probability for the desired outcome.
