FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
As a single source provider, Terrus provides maintenance and oversight for corporate campuses and buildings. Our services help reduce costs, improve employee comfort, and develop information for both strategic and tactical planning.
ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Terrus’ Accounting Team can collect rents and pay approved invoices related to a client’s portfolio. The transaction level activity will be managed to a Terrus-prepared and client-approved budget (expense and capital). Monthly financial statements and reports will be provided to the client to ensure Terrus is meeting its client’s objectives. All leases will be administered in accordance with the lease terms to ensure Terrus’ clients retain all rights and maximize value.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
By taking a portfolio approach to a client’s Corporate Real Estate, we are able to provide strategies regarding long range real estate planning to match a clients long term company goals. This includes space utilization, capital improvement analysis and budgeting, disposition and acquisition analysis, sale/lease back studies and cost reduction strategies.
