Terrus’ Accounting Team can collect rents and pay approved invoices related to a client’s portfolio. The transaction level activity will be managed to a Terrus-prepared and client-approved budget (expense and capital). Monthly financial statements and reports will be provided to the client to ensure Terrus is meeting its client’s objectives. All leases will be administered in accordance with the lease terms to ensure Terrus’ clients retain all rights and maximize value.
