• Develop financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the identified alternatives, sites and/or properties to determine an optimal solution based upon the risk and reward for each option.
• Develop Capital Structure to maximize the financial performance of the investment or development opportunity.
• Actively pursue and procure the selected site and/or property along with performing the due diligence and financial underwriting to fully evaluate the asset's potential performance.
• Insure Closing meets the terms outlined within the proposed structure and implement strategic business plan for investment opportunities.
• For development properties, implement the development plan according to the timeline, construction cost estimates, and marketing plan.
